In the Ceramics Studio
Pottery & Clay Workshops
Our ceramics studio is the latest addition to River Tree Arts and has proven to be among our most popular programs offered to students of all ages. From basic hand building techniques to intermediate level on the potters wheel, we strive to provide our community with many levels of clay work. Students will experience the glazing process and all finished pieces will be durable and food safe. Our studio is well organized with a variety of clay tools, ample shelving for students work, and a clay recycling system to conserve our resources and educate our students.
Paint Your Own Pottery
Join us in our pottery studio to paint your own bisque ware. Choose from platters, mugs, bowls & more. Use glaze to design and paint your own unique designs that will be fired in our kiln making it food safe and durable. PYOP is offered for adults during our Thursday Craft Nights (on select Thursdays) and for birthday parties for kids!
