This is a virtual class held via ZOOM. The focus of this class is 2 fold: to get students comfortable with the functions of their cameras and, to give students a clear understanding of the exposure triangle and the appropriate use of shutter speed, aperture and ISO to aid in the creation of images.
Classes will consist of a daily topic which students will then put in to practice in an out of class assignment that will be reviewed in the following class. This class is preparation for “Beginner Photography 2”
WANDERING WATERCOLORS (Fall)

Join us as we get out of the studio and into nature for a 6 week watercolor painting class led by Russel Whitten. Each week, class will be held offsite at a location around Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.
Students will be emailed each week the location of the class and will meet at the off-site location. Social distancing will take place during class.
This class is for both beginners and intermediate students looking to refresh their painting skills & color knowledge. Click here for supply list.
COACHING for CREATIVES

Do you feel stuck in your creative process? Heather Lewis, professional artist, educator, and creativity coach- will help you to identify and better manage the many aspects of your creative life. Whether pertaining to materials and processes, inspiration, instruction, or business, understand what’s working for you and challenging you. With support and encouragement, you will be able to set and achieve short and long term goals. This exciting forum will help you move out of that creative rut!
- All classes are age specific and have a minimum of 4 students in order to run.
- Registration closes 5 days prior to each class starting.
- If classes are canceled due to the weather, and a student cannot attend a rain-date, refunds will not be issued
- Outdoor classes: Students and instructors will practice social distancing and masks should be worn if social distancing is not possible. Please bring your own mask and hand sanitizer. Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well, have someone at home diagnosed with COVID, or have been recently exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID.
