Beginner Guitar Group Lessons – Session 2
Instructor: Sam Smithwick Ready to keep the music going? Session 2 of our Beginner Guitar Group Lessons is designed for both returning students and new beginners! Kids in grades 2–5 will continue exploring the fundamentals of guitar in a fun, supportive group setting. Students who participated in the first session will build on what they’ve learned—strengthening their chord knowledge, improving strumming techniques, and learning new songs—while new students will be guided through the basics at a comfortable pace. Everyone will have the opportunity to play together, build confidence, and enjoy making music as a team. Students should provide their own instruments when possible. River Tree Arts has a very limited number of guitars available to loan for this class. In this session, students will:

Irish Step Dance Session (Grades 3+)
Instructor: Abby Nolette Join Miss Abby to tap, jump, and twirl your way into Irish tradition! This 6-week class introduces dancers to the exciting world of Irish step through upbeat music, easy-to-follow moves, and plenty of fun. Perfect for beginners ready to move — or seasoned dancers looking to refine their skills. |
| 3 Week Hand-Building Clay Session for Teens & Adults
Dates: 2 sessions offered
When: Thursdays, 4-6pm Ages: Teens 14 + and adults Price: $185.00 + $35.00 materials fee Instructor: Ava Bajakian A focused hand-building clay workshop for beginner teens and adults. Participants create functional and sculptural pieces inspired by natural and fruit forms, exploring form, texture, and surface design. Examples of projects: wall vases, fridge magnets, or fruit-shaped trinket/jewelry dishes. |

- In the case that a class is canceled due to weather and a student cannot attend the rain-date, refunds will not be issued.
- All children need to have a completed consent form on file before attending classes without an adult: RTA Consent Form
- If there are any allergies or serious medical information that we need to be aware of before your child attends art camp, kindly ensure that you provide this information as early as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
- No early drop off or late picks up can be accommodated.
- RTA is a NUT-FREE facility.
