Dance Celebration Party
Start at *$375 for up to 10 kids ($30 per additional child; see max limits below)
Join us for an action-packed, dance party that’s perfect for kids! This event is all about having fun while moving to the beat of exciting music, with a mix of dance games, freestyle dancing, and fun challenges! Whether your little one is a budding dancer or just loves to groove, they’ll have an unforgettable time with Ms. Abby!
- 2 years – Pre K : all parents must attend (no additional fee) ; Max attendees 10
- K – 2nd grade : 1 adult per 3 children must attend (no additional fee) ; Max attendee 12
- 3rd – 6th grade: host parent must attend, and parties over 10 need at least two adults attending
- Max attendee 16
Includes:
- 15 minute arrival (party attendees color or do a simple craft while guests arrive)
- 45-60 minute dance experience (dancing fun and games with Ms Abby)
- 30 minutes cake or refreshment or present opening
- Total Time Limit: 1hr 45min (additional charges for parties over time limit)
- River Tree Arts dance instructor
- Area for cake & presents (with tables and chairs)
What to bring:
- You provide the cake, drinks and special decorations (if desired)
- You provide tablecloths, paper goods for food/drinks, utensils – and anything you will need for food/drinks.
- The parents who booked the party are required to stay for the duration
Kid’s Art Celebration Parties
Start at $375* for up to 10 kids (with a per person price above 10 kids based on project and length and cost).
Art Parties can be customized to work with clay, drawing, painting or personalized themes!
Pricing is based on the project chosen and if the project takes more than 60 minutes.
Includes:
- 15 minute arrival
- 60min minute Art Project
- 30 minutes cake or refreshment or present opening
- Total Time Limit: 1hr 45min (additional charges for parties over time limit)
- All art materials
- River Tree Arts instructor
- Area for cake & presents (with tables and chairs)
- Children will bring home all the artwork they’ve created at the end of the party- no need for goodie bags! (excludes dance parties)

- The parents who booked the party are required to stay for the duration.
*For all our birthday parties, please note:
- There is a sign in sheet & waiver form that all attendees need to sign at the beginning of the party. The party instructor will have this information available prior to the start of the party for parents / guardians to sign.
- Parking is available in the lot outside of our building. There is no fee to park while you are attending an event or any programs at River Tree Arts.
- Party parents are asked to clean up the present / eating area after their party.
- Full payment is due at the time of the party booking. We accept payment in person, by mail or phone. We accept payment by cards, checks or cash. Checks can be made out to “River Tree Arts”.
Please note:
- Consent forms for all children must be filled out before the party can begin.
- Parties that are canceled 10 days or less prior to their reservation will not be entitled to a refund.
